By accessing or using Delimit (the "Service"), operated by Jamsons Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Delimit provides API governance tools including:
The Free tier is provided as-is, without any service level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Free tier features at any time without notice. No warranty of any kind is provided for the Free tier.
The Pro tier includes best-effort support via email at hello@delimit.ai. We aim to respond within 2 business days but do not guarantee response times. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
Enterprise customers receive custom terms, SLAs, and dedicated support. Contact hello@delimit.ai for Enterprise agreements.
The Delimit CLI, MCP tools, and GitHub Action are released under the MIT License. You may use, modify, and distribute these components in accordance with the MIT License terms. The hosted dashboard (app.delimit.ai) is a proprietary service and is not covered by the MIT License.
You are responsible for:
Delimit provides governance tools and analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any governance output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and acting on governance results.
You may not:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@delimit.ai.
Upon termination, your right to use the hosted dashboard ceases immediately. Open-source components (CLI, MCP tools, GitHub Action) remain available under the MIT License regardless of account status.
You retain all rights to your API specifications, governance policies, and any other content you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Delimit name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Jamsons Holdings LLC. The hosted dashboard design, proprietary algorithms, and non-open-source components are our intellectual property.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAMSONS HOLDINGS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
